Australia Delivery and Shipping Information

Who Wants 2 Party delivers anywhere within Australia using a variety of carriers, including Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastway Couriers. Goods will be delivered on business days only. We do not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Orders are sent with online tracking, and signature on delivery will be required. Tracking numbers and online tracking information will be supplied once your order has been shipped in email form. In the event that you are not home for delivery, the carrier will leave a card advising you that your parcel is awaiting pickup from your local Post Office or local Courier Depot depending on the carrier used to ship your order. If you have special instructions relating to the delivery, please make sure you indicate these instructions in the comments section when you are finalising your order as you are checking out.

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollar (AU$) and will be charged in Australian Dollars at the checkout.

  • Australian express postage and handling charges are a flat rate of AU$19.95 for all orders.
  • Express delivery is available for Australian delivered orders within a certain network location. Please click here to view the post codes that qualify for Express Post-delivery. If you live outside of the qualifying postcodes, selecting Express Post will result in the next fastest possible transport link.
  • For Express Post delivery orders must be placed by 1pm (AEST) on any business day (Monday- Friday) and meet the Express Post service conditions. Goods may not be delivered the next day due to circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, strikes etc. For further information regarding the Australia Post terms and conditions surrounding their Express Post service, please refer to the Australian Post website www.auspost.com.au

  • Click & Collect is an option available on checkout to pickup from our warehouse located on Wigram St, Parramatta.
  • For same day collection, order must be placed and fully paid for by 1pm. Orders received after this time will be available the next working day.
  • For weekend collection, order must be placed and fully paid for by Friday 1pm. You will be able to collect Sat&Sun 10am - 4pm.
  • Once your order has been packed and ready for collection, an email with the pickup address and times will be emailed to you.
  • Orders must be picked up within 5 days. In the event that this is not possible, please let us know so that we can make alternative arrangements.
  • You will not be able to shop directly from our warehouse, we apologize in advance.

Tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details which will include a tracking number and a link to the Australia Post website. If you have an account with Who Wants 2 Party, you will be able to view the status of your order online when you log into your account.
