New Zealand Delivery and Shipping Information

Who Wants 2 Party delivers anywhere within New Zealand using Australia Post delivery services. Goods will be delivered on business days only. We do not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Orders are sent with online tracking, and signature on delivery will be required. Tracking numbers and online tracking information will be supplied once your order has been shipped in email form. In the event that you are not home for delivery, Australia Post will leave a card advising you that your parcel is awaiting pickup from your local Post Office. 

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollar (AU$) and will be charged in Australian Dollars at the checkout.

  • E-Parcel delivery includes comprehensive tracking.
  • New Zealand express postage and handling charges are a flat rate of AU$19.95 for all orders.  
  • Due to customs, New Zealand orders cannot be delivered to New Zealand PO BOX addresses.
  • Delivery may be delayed during peak periods and public holidays.
  • The delivery dates we provide on acceptance of your order are only approximate and may change. Under these circumstances this does not give the grounds for a cancellation or refund of the order.

New Zealand Duties, Taxes and Customs

Who Wants 2 Party recommends that New Zealand customers purchasing online check with the New Zealand Customs Local Office before making a purchase, as you may incur New Zealand taxes and duties applied by customs when your order is delivered. Local taxes and/or duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

To comply with Australia export requirements, full value of all items ordered must be declared in full. Orders over AUD$2,000 requires Australia Customs export clearance and will be subject to further delays in shipment whilst authorisation is obtained. 

Tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details which will include a tracking number and a link to the Australia Post website. If you have an account with The Kids Party Supplies, you will be able to view the status of your order online when you log into your account.
