Australia Delivery and Shipping Information


IMPORTANT COVID-19 DELIVERY UPDATE

Our team are working hard to dispatch orders on time, but deliveries are being delayed by Australia Post & Other Couriers due to the impact of Covid-19. Parcels are not being scanned when they are picked up, or between certain depots etc to minimise the  handling. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time and please be assured they are doing their best to get you your parcel, but it will take longer than usual. We strongly advise to choose Express Post if you require your order urgently. Purchases which are not delivered within the estimated delivery time frame will not be grounds for you to cancel your order or request a refund unless returned under our change of mind return policy.

Who Wants 2 Party delivers anywhere within Australia using a variety of carriers, including Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastway Couriers. Goods will be delivered on business days only. We do not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Orders are sent with online tracking. Tracking numbers and online tracking information will be supplied once your order has been shipped in email form. In the event that you are not home for delivery, the carrier will leave your parcel in a safe location located on your property. If the courier deems it to be unsafe to leave your parcel, it will be taken back to your nearest Post Office/Depot. If you have special instructions relating to the delivery, please make sure you indicate these instructions in the comments section when you are finalising your order as you are checking out.

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollar (AU$) and will be charged in Australian Dollars at the checkout.

Postage Costs & Delivery Times

Australian Standard Delivery for orders unders $65$7.00*2-7 Business Days
  • Australian standard delivery postage and handling charges are a flat rate of AU$7.00 for all orders under $65. Orders over $65 will ship for free (in order to qualify for free shipping your cart total will need to be over $65 after all applicable discounts have been applied not including shipping charges).
  • *Delivery may be delayed during peak periods, public holidays and due to impact of Covid-19.
  • The delivery dates we provide on acceptance of your order are only approximate and may change. Under these circumstances this does not give the grounds for a cancellation or refund of the order.
Australian Express Delivery$15.00*1-3 Business Days From Dispatch
  • Australian express postage and handling charges are a flat rate of $15.00 for all orders.
  • Express delivery is available for Australian delivered orders within a certain network location. 
  • For Express Post delivery orders must be placed by 1pm (AEST) on any business day (Monday- Friday) and meet the Express Post service conditions. Goods may not be delivered the next day due to circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, strikes etc. For further information regarding the Australia Post terms and conditions surrounding their Express Post service, please refer to the Australian Post website www.auspost.com.au

Click & CollectNo Postage Charges ApplicableOrder available within 24/48 working hours
  • Click & Collect is an option available on checkout to pickup from a parcel collection point located on Wigram Street, Parramatta.
  • Orders will be made available to collect within 24/48 business hours of placing your order.
  • For weekend collection, order must be placed and fully paid for by Friday 1pm. You will be able to collect Sat&Sun 10am - 4pm.
  • Once your order has been packed and ready for collection, an email with the pickup address and times will be emailed to you.
  • Orders must be picked up within 5 days. In the event that this is not possible, please let us know so that we can make alternative arrangements. Orders not picked up within 30 days will be discarded.
  • You will not be able to shop directly from our warehouse, we apologize in advance.

Tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details which will include a tracking number and a link to the courier website. If you have an account with Who Wants 2 Party, you will be able to view the status of your order online when you log into your account.
