Please note: any delivery dates or timeframes we provide are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Most orders arrive on time or earlier, but delays can occasionally occur with the courier. If your order is delayed and you no longer need it, you can return it in line with our Change of Mind policy (once it’s received).
If a parcel arrives later than the estimate, this does not automatically entitle you to cancel the order, claim back shipping costs or an immediate refund for the order.
Australian orders are shipped with various carriers, including Australia Post, Couriers Please, Fastway Couriers, or Star Track Express. Deliveries occur on business days only — no dispatch on weekends or NSW public holidays. Parcels are dispatched every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Orders include online tracking. Tracking numbers will be emailed once shipped. You can elect during checkout if you would like your order to be left unattended. By doing this you are giving the delivery company permission to leave your order in a safe place if no one is home to sign for your order.
Who Wants 2 Party will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with the authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and Who Wants 2 Party will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of selecting to leave your parcel without a signature.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AU$) and charged as such at checkout.
REGULAR & FREE DELIVERY
Regular shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 or free for orders over $99 (only applies to orders under 3kg). Most standard orders fall under this.
Orders over 3kg are not eligible for free shipping. This usually applies to bulk orders of lollies or chocolates.
For orders over 3kg but under 6kg, a flat rate of $14.99 applies at checkout.
For orders over 6kg but under 10kg, a flat rate of $19.99 applies at checkout.
For orders over 10kg, a flat rate of $24.99 applies at checkout.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
In a hurry? Select Express Shipping at checkout for the quickest option available. Express is faster, but it is not a guaranteed next business day service. For the best guide for your area, refer to the estimator above.
Express shipping is a flat rate of $16.99 for most orders under 3kg. Orders between 3kg - 5kg incur a flat rate of $21.99.
Some products cannot be sent via Express Post, including but not limited to life size photo props, helium tanks, and bulk lollies/chocolates. Express Post is not available for orders over 5kg.
Please contact us for a quote on express shipping for larger orders.
We do not cover heat damage to chocolates during transit in warmer months. To protect your order, please select Express Post and add an ice pack.
DELIVERY AREAS
We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand. Some shipping options may be unavailable at checkout if products aren’t eligible for those methods. Such products will be noted on their product pages. We will contact you if your oversized order cannot be delivered to your selected address.
CHOCOLATES
All chocolates are fresh and in date unless otherwise specified. We strongly recommend adding an ice pack and selecting Express Post when purchasing chocolates. We do not cover or refund melted chocolates. Orders without ice packs ship with insulated foil only.
NZ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
NZ customers should check with local customs before ordering. Taxes and duties applied by customs are the customer’s responsibility.
Full value of all items will be declared for export compliance.
Shipping to NZ starts from $24.99 for orders up to 3kg. Orders over 3kg are charged $5 per additional kilogram (max 10kg per order).
Some products cannot be shipped internationally, including helium tanks, bulky items, and life size photo props.
CLICK & COLLECT
Our pickup point is in Parramatta, NSW. We offer free pickup for local customers. Orders are processed Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Place your order online and select Click & Collect at checkout. You will be notified via SMS and email when your order is ready, typically within 24-48 business hours.
Weekend pickup is available 10am–4pm if ordered by Friday 1pm.
Orders must be collected within 14 days or they will be cancelled and refunded per our Change of Mind policy.
You cannot shop directly from our warehouse.
CLICK & COLLECT - SPECIAL ORDERS
Special Orders are transferred from our Sydney warehouse and ready for pickup within 2-4 business days. You will be notified by SMS and email when ready.
Special orders must also be collected within 14 days or they will be cancelled and refunded as per our policy.
