Postage Costs

• Regular Delivery is $9.99 (up to 3kg*) (Free* for AU orders over $99+ under 3kg)
• Regular Delivery for orders between 3kg - 6kg is $14.99 
• Regular Delivery for orders between 6kg - 10kg is $19.99
• Regular Delivery for orders over 10kg is $24.99
• Express Delivery is $16.99 (up to 3kg*)
• Express Delivery for orders between 3kg - 5kg is $21.99
• NZ Shipping from $24.99 (up to 3kg*)

Purchases which are not delivered within the estimated delivery time frame will not be grounds for you to cancel your order or request a refund unless returned under our change of mind return policy.

Delivery Times & Method

Australian Orders are shipped with a variety of carriers, including Australia Post, Couriers Please, Fastway Couriers or Star Track Express. Goods will be delivered on business days only. We do not offer dispatches/deliveries on weekends or NSW public holidays. We dispatch parcels every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 

Orders are sent with online tracking. Tracking numbers and online tracking information will be supplied once your order has been shipped in email form. In the event that you are not home for delivery, the carrier may leave your parcel in a safe location located on your property. If the courier deems it to be unsafe to leave your parcel, it may be taken back to your nearest Post Office or Parcel Point Collection (including Newsagents). 

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollar (AU$) and will be charged in Australian Dollars at the checkout.

Regular Delivery is estimated 2-7 business days to most Metro cities across Australia, please allow additional time for rural/remote areas.

Express Delivery is estimated 1-4 business days to most Metro cities across Australia, please allow additional time for rural/remote areas.

NZ Delivery is estimated 7-14 business days, please allow additional time for rural areas.

Regular & FREE Delivery

Regular shipping is a flat rate $9.99, or free for orders over $99. This only applies to orders under 3kg.

Orders that weigh over 3kg is not eligible for free shipping.

For orders over 3kg but under 6kg, a flat rate of $14.99 will apply at checkout.

For orders over 6kg but under 10kg, a flat rate of $19.99 will apply at checkout.

For orders over 10kg, a flat rate of $24.99 will apply at checkout.

Express Delivery

Express shipping is a flat rate $16.99 for most orders and is only available for Australian orders under 3kg. Orders between 3kg - 5kg, a flat rate of $21.99 will apply at checkout.

Some products are unable to be sent with Express Post, for this reason you will not have the option to select Express Post at checkout. Some of these products include but are not limited to; Life Size Photo Props, Helium Tanks, Bulk Amounts of Lollies/Chocolates etc.

Express Post will not show up as a shipping option for orders over 5kg. Please contact us if you would like a quote for Express Shipping for larger orders.

We do not cover heat damage to chocolates in transit during summer/warmer months. Please ensure you select Express Post and add an ice pack to your order.

Delivery Areas

We ship orders Australia wide and to New Zealand. In some circumstances you may find that Express or International shipping is not available upon checkout - this is due to the cart containing products that can not be shipped that way. Products that are not eligible for those shipping methods will be outlined on the product page. We will be in touch with you should an over-sized order be unable to be delivered to your selected address.

Chocolates

All chocolates that we sell are fresh and in date. We strongly recommend adding an ice pack and selecting Express Post when purchasing chocolates. We do not cover heat damage to chocolates. We also do not refund/replace melted chocolates. If you have only selected Regular Shipping and not added an ice pack as recommended by us on the product pages, your order will only ship with insulated foil. 

NZ International Shipping

We recommend that New Zealand customers purchasing online check with the New Zealand Customs Local Office before making a purchase, as you may incur New Zealand taxes and duties applied by customs when your order is delivered. Local taxes and/or duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

To comply with Australian export requirements, full value of all items ordered will be declared in full.

Shipping to New Zealand starts from $24.99 for orders 3kg and under. Orders exceeding 3kg will be charged $5 for each additional kilogram (maximum 10kg per order).

We are unable to ship some products internationally - such as helium tanks, bulky items, life size photo props etc.

Click & Collect 

Our pickup point is located in Parramatta, NSW. We offer a convenient free pickup service for our local customers. We process orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only.

Please place your order online, and choose Click & Collect at checkout. Once your order is available for collection you will receive a SMS and an email with all the pickup details. Pickup orders are generally made available 24-48 business hours after placing the order. Please do not show up before receiving the notification that your order is available for collection - this will not speed up the pickup process.

Weekend collection is available between 10am to 4pm - orders must be placed by Friday 1pm.

Orders must be collected within 14 days of placing an order. Unless we receive notification from you, any pickup orders not collected after 14 days will be cancelled and refunded as per the Change of Mind return policy.

You will not be able to shop directly from our warehouse.

Click & Collect - Special Orders

If you have placed a Click & Collect - Special Order, it means we do not have these products readily available for pick up from our Parramatta warehouse. We will have the products transferred from our shipping warehouse located in Sydney, and it will be made available for you to collect within 2-4 business days from Parramatta. You will receive a notification by SMS and email to confirm your order is ready to be collected. 

Orders must be collected within 14 days of placing an order. Unless we receive notification from you, any pickup orders not collected after 14 days will be cancelled and refunded as per the Change of Mind return policy.
