Who Wants 2 Party is a part of Cagil Enterprises Pty Ltd and these terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Who Wants 2 Party. All orders are subject to our terms and conditions.

Who Wants 2 Party accept no liability or responsibility for incorrect use of an item, this includes over inflation of balloons or loss of helium when inflating balloons. We accept no liability for any damage or harm that comes from using our products if used incorrectly or irresponsibly.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and you accept to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

Following receipt of your order, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered.

Acceptance of your order will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it, we reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion. Prices given on quotations are subject to increase at any time.

We only ship our goods within Australia and to New Zealand.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timeframe; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Who Wants 2 Party are under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timeframe that are caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Loss and damage of goods passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us. Should you request us to mark the parcels with instructions such as leave with neighbour or at front door or any similar requests we are not responsible should the parcel go missing or is damaged.

We will take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, goods are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of the items ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

We do our best to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.

Who Wants 2 Party are under no liability for any delay or failure for delivery products if is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Missing or Damaged Items must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.

Returns must be received back by us unused in the original condition and the original packing undamaged these must be accompanied by a RMA this you can get by visiting our Returns Policy page. This request must be made within 30 days of receipt of the items.

We do not give Refunds or accept Returns on Special Orders or items that we have Discounted to you.

The cost of returns is at your expense and you are responsible for the items until we have received them safely back to our Address.

We normally make refunds within 30 days following receipt of the goods we do not however refund the postage and handling costs involved in sending the order to you or the cost of you returning the goods. is a trading name of:
