Change of Mind Returns
At Who Wants 2 Party we understand that due to unforeseen circumstances you may need to return your items, cancel parties, or you simply over-ordered.
If you have changed your mind about a purchase, Who Wants 2 Party will offer a refund or exchange at our discretion, provided that:
- Items are returned within thirty (30) days of delivery (claims outside this period will not be accepted);
- You have proof of purchase; and
- Items are in original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
Return shipping charges are your responsibility. We recommend sending returns with secure, traceable delivery. Without tracking, we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
All returns are assessed by us. Refunds go back to the original payment method, excluding original shipping charges. A 5% restocking fee applies. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Product Exclusion List
We can not accept returns on the following items:
- Cosmetics / Makeup, eyelashes, facial hair, teeth, fangs, etc.
- Custom and Personalized items
- Oversized Items / Life-sized Cutouts
- Partial Party Kits - must be returned complete including all components
- Food items (Lollies, Chocolates) - unless faulty/damaged
- Bulk Products
- Special Order Items
- Clearance Items
Faulty Balloons
Who Wants 2 Party sells authentic premium quality balloons by Anagram, Unique Industries, etc. Please inspect balloons carefully before inflating. We recommend professional inflation to avoid burst or leaks. No claims accepted for discarded balloons. Claims require returning the balloon for assessment. You may also be asked to provide photos or video.
Chocolates
All chocolates sold are fresh and in date unless otherwise specified. We pack perishables carefully to arrive in good condition. We do not cover heat damage, especially if Regular Shipping was selected without an ice pack.
Return to Sender Packages
If your package is left unclaimed at the post office or deemed undeliverable (e.g. incorrect address), a store credit will be processed (excluding shipping/return charges). A 5% restocking applies.
Click & Collect Orders
Orders need to be picked up within 14 days. Any orders not collected within this timeframe will be refunded in full as store credit.
Late Deliveries
Delivery timeframes are provided as estimates only. If your order arrives after your event, you can return it in line with our change-of-mind policy.
