Change of Mind Returns

At Who Wants 2 Party we understand that due to unforeseen circumstances you may need to return your items, cancel parties or you simply over-ordered.

If you have changed your mind about a purchase, Who Wants 2 Party will offer a refund or exchange at our discretion, provided that:

1. Items are returned within thirty (30) days of delivery (Claims outside of this period will not be accepted);

2. You have proof of purchase; and

3. Items are in original, unopened and undamaged packaging.

Return shipping charges will be your responsibility. We recommend that you send all returns back to us packaged securely using a traceable delivery. If you choose not to undertake tracking, Who Wants 2 Party is not liable for any lost/damaged returns. 

All returns will be assessed by us. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method, excluding the original shipping charges. A 10% restocking fee is applicable to all returns. Refunds are processed within 3 business days.

Product Exclusion List

The items on the list below are excluded from our change of mind return policy:

  • Cosmetics / Makeup, eyelashes, facial hair, teeth, fangs, etc.
  • Custom and Personalized items
  • Helium Tanks
  • Oversized Items / Life-sized Cutouts
  • Partial Party Kits - Party Kits may only be returned complete, including all components originally specified within each kit. Party Kit components cannot be returned individually.
  • Perishables (Lollies, Chocolates, Food items)
  • Bulk Products
  • Special Order Items
  • Clearance/Sale Items

Faulty Balloons

Who Wants 2 Party sells authentic premium quality balloons made by Anagram, Unique Industries etc. It is important to inspect the balloons you have purchased carefully prior to inflating. It is recommended to have balloons inflated by a professional, in order to avoid a burst or leak. No claims will be accepted for any balloons that have been discarded. In the event of a claim, you will be required to send the balloon back to us to have it assessed by our team.


All chocolates that we sell are fresh and in date. Who Wants 2 Party will ensure that all perishables are packed in perfect order to get to you in good condition. We do not cover heat damage to chocolate, especially if you have selected Regular Shipping and not added an ice pack as recommended by us on the product pages.

Returned/Unclaimed Packages

In the event that your package has been left unclaimed at your local post office or if it was deemed undeliverable by Australia Post for whatever reason such as incorrect address, you are entitled to a refund (excluding any shipping/return charges). 

Click & Collect orders which are cancelled before being picked up will fall under the 'change of mind' return policy.

Return of delayed Packages

Please keep in mind that delivery estimates given on our website are not guaranteed delivery times. Actual delivery dates are at the discretion of Australia Post and is beyond our control. Ensure that you allow sufficient time for your order to arrive by choosing the appropriate shipping option upon checkout. We strongly encourage customers choose Express Post if their event is in within a week of placing the order. If your parcel arrives after your event, you may return the package to us under the 'change of mind' refund policy.
