Yes we do combine postal charges! To take advantage of our flat rate $9.95 (Standard) postage, please use the 'add to cart' feature.
We also offer Express Post services. If you need your item urgently, please choose the Express Post option at checkout. We can not be held responsible for items that get delivered late.
Once your payment clears, your order will be posted in 1 business day (Monday to Friday).
Orders are posted through a variety of carriers, including Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastway Couriers. We will do our best to compare and sought out the quickest way to get your order to you! If you are not home for delivery, in most cases the courier company will leave your parcel at a safe location on your premises.
Note: Our team are working hard to despatch orders on time, but deliveries are being delayed by Australia Post & Other Couriers due to recent global events. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time and please be assured they are doing their best to get you your order, but it will take longer than usual. Purchases which are not delivered within the estimated delivery time frame will not be grounds for you to cancel your order or request a refund.

Returns
We gladly offer exchanges and refunds in the event that you are not happy with your item.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item, stating why you would like to return it. Item must then be returned within 7 days.The item must be in its unopened original packaging, including any additional bonus products. We can not accept any items that have been used.
Postage costs are non-refundable. Buyer must pay for the return postage cost, and in the event of an exchange buyer must pay postage costs for both the item in return and the new item chosen.In the event of mis-delivery by the couriers, buyer is responsible for any postage charges to re-send the order. If the buyer chooses to receive a refund instead, the original postage cost will not be refunded.
Returns for items with Free Postage
Items purchased which have free postage will incur a $8 postage fee to have it re-sent in the event that the item is deemed as undelivered and returned back to us by the courier. If you would like a refund instead, a $10 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
We accept payments through PayPal, Bank Deposit (We bank with Commonwealth Bank), and Credit Card.
Payments must be received within 5 days of purchase. Please contact us if you require more time to make payment.
At no additional cost, buyers can now pickup their orders from Wigram Street, Parramatta, Sydney NSW.
Please choose Local Pickup as your postage option upon checkout. Your order must still be placed and fully paid for online before pickup can be arranged. Our office will let you know when your order is ready to be picked up with all the appropriate information. All pickup orders will need to be picked up within 5 days of it being available to you.
