They use Wilton Bake Even Strips. These baking strips are a total game changer! They insulate the sides of your cake pan so that your batter cooks evenly. After fitting to your pan, soak strips in cold water, remove excess, wrap around pan and cinch to tighten. These strips are perfect for using on 20cm or 25cm round pans. Try them with your favourite cake mix or recipe. Safe for use under 200 Degrees, using these strips means you'll never have to level cakes again.
